Born in Versailles, France the son of an Army Corps of Engineer officer with Spanish ancestry, Dr. Marc Aguilera experienced a broad and culturally diverse upbringing throughout Europe before settling in America with his own family. For Dr. Aguilera, the world was his classroom. From interning in Michelin starred hotels to studying business in Paris and Indianapolis, his background shaped his outlook and allowed him to harness the skills needed to eventually direct a culinary school and continue as a leadership professional in higher education as a chair of the business division in an online university.
